Being a mobile massage therapist, I feel the healing begins as soon as the session is over. What better way to heal than in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Life usually carries on after our visit with our therapists – and we go about normal tasks, not allowing our bodies the change to recover from the massage therapy. Having you treatment done at home basically forces you and allows your body to relax allowing some healing to begin before normal activities carry on.
